How often do you release new items?
New items are added daily or weekly. These are shown on our home page of the store (Latest Products).
Can I return an item i have purchased from you?
Yes, any item can be returned within 14 days if undamaged and in original condition. This is our full money back guarantee if you are unhappy with any item.
Do you offer protective cases or protector packs?
Yes! We offer protective cases for models to help keep your collection in pristine condition. We will be adding other items such as protector packs for blisters and twin packs in the future. Keep an eye out under the Other Matchbox Products section of the store.
How should I store or display my Matchbox Models?
For best preservation, keep them away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, and moisture. Many collectors prefer to put their models in display cases or shelves with UV-protective glass.
What types of Matchbox items do you offer?
We sell anything from the Moko Lesney era right the way through to Modern Superfast. You can navigate easily through the menu items on the home page of the store.
How can I verify the authenticity of a rare matchbox model?
We have over 33 years experience of collecting and selling matchbox toys. Whilst trading on Ebay, we have built a reputation for selling high quality genuine models. If in doubt please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Some of the harder to find and rare models are very difficult to find, but occasionally we do have duplicates and buy them in collections we have purchased. Please contact us if you are looking for a particular model, we may have it or may be able to source it for you.
Are your Matchbox Toys meant for play or display?
While some are durable enough for light handling, most are designed primarily for display and collecting.
