Do you offer local pickup?
Yes we are able to offer local pickup but this is usually limited to weekends, please contact us to make arrangements.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product. We’ll assist with a replacement or resolution.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the address. Contact us as soon as possible to request changes.
How are collectible items packaged?
All items are packed with extra care using protective materials to prevent damage during transit. We use high quality bubble wrap and packing peanuts as well as hard backed envelopes and sturdy boxes.
Will I receive tracking information?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can follow your items journey.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times will be displayed at checkout based on your region.
How long does shipping usually take?
Standard shipping typically takes up to 3 to 4 business days from placing the order, while express options arrive within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.
