Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on order weight, destination, and the shipping method you select.
Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout for UK orders over £150 and international orders over £300.
Where We Ship
We ship to most countries worldwide. Available shipping rates and estimated delivery times for your region are displayed at checkout.
Delivery Times
Orders are dispatched promptly after payment is received.
- United Kingdom: standard delivery typically takes 3–4 business days from placing your order; express delivery typically arrives within 1–3 business days of placing your order.
- International: delivery typically takes 5–14 business days from placing your order, depending on the destination and customs processing.
All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may vary depending on your location, and delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control can occasionally occur.
Customs and Import Charges

Tracking

How We Package Collectible Items
All items are packed with extra care using protective materials to prevent damage in transit, including high-quality bubble wrap, packing peanuts, hard-backed envelopes, and sturdy boxes. Original boxes and blisters are protected as part of the collectible value of every item.
Changing Your Shipping Address
If your order has not yet shipped, we can update the delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order to request a change.
Damaged Packages
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the product. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no cost to you, in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available by arrangement, usually limited to weekends. Please contact us before ordering to arrange a pickup time.
