Our 30-Day Return Guarantee

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange. Returns are accepted for both defective items and items you simply no longer want, no reason is required, and no restocking fees apply.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, including its original packaging and any accompanying boxes, blisters, or protective materials, as these form part of the collectible value of the item.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us. Email us at rajmal@matchboxcollectorshub.com or call 07538 718323 within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and let us know whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
  2. Pack the item securely. Use the original packaging where possible, with adequate protective material to prevent damage in transit.
  3. Post it back to us, free of charge. A free prepaid return label is included in the package with your order. Simply attach it to your parcel and send it by mail. If your label is missing, contact us and we will provide one at no cost to you.

Returns are made by mail only. There is no cost to you for returning an item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you and process your refund within 7 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, contact us and we will confirm availability of the replacement. Once we receive your returned item, we will dispatch the exchange. If the replacement item differs in price, we will refund or invoice the difference accordingly.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or is not the item you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the product. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no cost to you, in line with our full money-back guarantee.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you may also have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under applicable consumer protection law. Our 30-day return guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not limit, these rights.
